About Me
My name is Sophia Hughes. I'm from Wilmington, N.C., and traded the beach for the mountains after enrolling at Appalachian State University in Boone, N.C. By graduation, I will receive a Bachelor in Digital journalism with a minor in Media Studies. In my last semester, I plan to take courses in the criminal justice field to support my interest in crime reporting.
